Can I change my shipping address?
Email us at care.damngood@gmail.com where you can send our team your details including your order number and email address and correct shipping address.
The more information you give them, the sooner they can try and change your information. Make sure you enter ‘Urgent: Change wrong address’ in the subject line.
What if you didn’t receive order number though you made the payment?
No worries at all. If by chance due to any network issues or however you didn’t receive any confirmation about your order, we’ll solve your issue in just 1 step:

Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we’re unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

Why is cash on delivery not available?
This is a very common query of our customers. We are sorry about this. But we can’t provide the cash on delivery option right now because of the very obvious reason of Covid-19. We and every person connected to our team is taking full precautions as we are concerned about the safety of everyone- our staff and our dearly customers.
So, we are doing contactless shipment using only digital payment.

How to order damngood products?

Then add to cart the products to want to order.
Even if you want to order only one product, then also first add it to your cart.
Then, view your cart and click at proceed to checkout. Fill in your contact information very carefully (includes your cell number, email , address and pincode). Any errors or inaccuracy in this information can create problems in shipping and our team will not be able to contact/reach you.
Still if you want to make any corrections in your address/contact info , our team is always there to help . Just call our customer care number 9781000744 within 3-4 hours of confirming your order.
After that, you can make payment through credit card/ debit card / upi / google pay.
Cash on delivery is not available at this moment.
After you confirm your order please check if you received a mail about your order number. Order number states that your order is confirmed.
