I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the Haldi Chandan face wash is really good. I’ve used it before as well, but I couldn’t review it that time. It works great, and the nose strips, moisturizer, and lip balm are also nice. Earlier, I bought the strawberry lip balm, which was excellent, but this time I got the orange one. I wasn’t sure how it would be or what the difference was, but it turned out to be very good too. The lip scrub and Kumkumadi face mask are also great.

The reason I deducted one star is that the neck scrub I received was from an old batch — it will expire in January 2026. I also ordered the anti-dandruff shampoo and oil kit for the second time because the first one I got was amazing, and the packaging was perfect. But this time, the oil bottle was slightly leaking — it had a minor crack, probably due to handling, which is understandable since I ordered many items together. That product is also close to its expiry date.

As for the shampoo, its date is fine, and it works really well. However, the cap of the bottle was difficult to open — it wouldn’t open at all at first, and after 2–3 days I somehow managed to open it. I had to transfer the shampoo to another container. Other than that, the shampoo is good and has a long shelf life.

Please just make sure such small issues don’t happen next time, because your products are genuinely very good — it’s only these minor things that cause inconvenience. Otherwise, all other products were fresh, perfectly packed, and excellent in quality.
